Through extensive pre-configured questionnaires, we define which regulations and which articles of which regulations are applicable to the firm

Through this module the firm is able to validate their compliance documentation & regulatory reporting to ensure that it is fit for purpose, This is done my validating their control documents against miura's regulatory assessment criteria to ensure that the content meets the regulatory requirements.

REGULATORY REPORTING SOLUTIONSThrough Miura, through it's own technology solutions or that of it's partners is able to provide a comprehensive reporting solution and help you to integrate it into firmnsive pre-configured questionnaires, we define which regulations and which articles of which regulations are applicable to the firm 

7. REGULATORY CHANGE TRACKING

This module monitors all up and coming changes to any Regulation and updates the portal

9. MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE REPORTING

This suite of reports summarises all the control points, all the changes, all the documentation for review and sign-off by management

2. COMPLIANCE CONTROL POINTS DASHBOARD

Based off the questionnaires, the firm is left with a comprehensive list of all the parts of the FCA Handbook and all the articles of each financial services regulation that affect them. These points can be tracked to prove the firms regulatory compliance on the Regulatory Portal.

For each control point, there will be a regulatory report (e.g. Transaction Reporting) or compliance document (e.g. BCP Procedures) that the firm will need to have in place to comply with the regulation. These controls can be uploaded to the portal

4. TECHNOLOGY & BUSINESS ARCHITECTURE DEFINITION

Using miura's cutting edge business definition module, the firm maps their complete business and technology architecture. Through integrating this with all the regulatory breakdown and documentation, this forms a key part of being able to predict which part of the organisation will be affected by up and coming changes in the regulation

6. COMPLIANCE MONITORING AND TESTING

This module sets out how the firm monitors and tests its compliance with each regulatory control point (Daily trade reporting & quarterly document review & testing). This includes scheduling

8. REGULATORY UPDATE MODULE

This module identifies where an organisation is affected by regulatory changes, from the part of the business through to the parts of the requirements documentation that will have to be edited

10. REGULATORY & AUDIT MODULE

Instead of regulators taking 2 weeks to audit 10% of a business, Miura's portal allows Regulators to audit 100% of a business in 1 week, with no need of input from the firm. 

Regulators are simply given a username and password for the portal - all the documentation is laid out for them to navigate easily
